markrassas.jpgMARK A. RASSAS maintains an active trial/litigation based practice, with concentrations in serious personal injuries, worker's compensation, injury claims involving the Federal and State Governments, and contested divorce and custody matters.

He has over 26 years of trial experience, was one of the first State and Nationally Certified Trial Lawyers in Tennessee and maintains an "A" rating in Martindale-Hubbell.

He is a Supreme Court Listed Mediator, has attained the rank of Advocate in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, is a member of the Tennessee Bar Foundation, is past President of the Montgomery County Bar Association and served as Vice-Chairman of the Military Law and Federal Tort Claims Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mark Rassas is currently state president of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, a "by invitation only" organization representing the most experienced trial lawyers in the country.

For 22 years Mr. Rassas has also been active in the United States Army Reserve where he serves as a Colonel in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps (JAG). During Operation Desert Storm he served as Chief of Legal Assistance for the 101st Airborne Division and is a graduate of the Air Assault School, he has worked in the Pentagon, Forces Command in Atlanta, and has served as a Liaison Officer for the Department of Admissions of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has also served with units in Europe, such as the 21st Theater Area Support Command and the 1st Infantry Division (Big Red One). He currently participates in contingency and legal operations planning, in support of our national emergency.

Mark Rassas has been married for over 24 years and he and his wife, Kari have five children.

Julie2.jpgJULIA P. NORTH received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Detroit. She is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Tennessee. Ms. North maintains an active practice in Wills and Estates, Family Law, including Adoptions, Appellate Practice and Social Security Disability.

She maintains a membership in the Montgomery County, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, and the State Bar of Michigan. She served as the law clerk for Judge Judith James Wood, Washtenaw County Probate Court, and was involved in the University of Detroit London Law Program.

Julie and her husband John, a career Army Officer, have three children.


crozier.jpgTed A. Crozier, Jr. is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Nashville School of Law. Ted is retired from the United States Army after a distinguished career, which included training as an Airborne Ranger and various overseas assignments.

Ted has worked for the Tennessee Department of Corrections and has served as the Extradition Officer for the State of Tennessee.

Ted is the son of former Clarksville Mayor, Ted Crozier, who also served as the Chief of Staff of the 101st Airborne Division.

Ted and his wife, Ann Marie Gilbert Crozier, have two children.

In January 2005, Ted was appointed Clerk & Master of the Chancery Court of Montgomery County and is no longer involverd in private practice. RASSAS, NORTH & ASSOCIATES will continue to serve his clients.


ferraraccio.jpgBlaise E. Ferraraccio (of counsel) is a medical doctor and an attorney,  and understands both the legal and medical aspects of a case.  He assists the firm in injury claims and complex litigation.

Dr. Ferraraccio received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and health Sciences in Washington, D.C. He received his doctor of jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, American Bar Association, American College of Legal Medicine, and the Tennessee Bar Association.


WALDO E. RASSAS attended Columbia University and received his Bachelor of Law Degree from St. John's University in New York City. He was originally admitted to practice in the State of New York. Following World War II, he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee and actively practiced in Clarksville for over 50 years. He retired in 1996.
